SUNLAB student awarded scholarship
Congratulations to BSc physics / BASc electrical engineering student Louis‑Philippe St‑Arnaud on receiving one of only eight IEEE Power & Energy Society Scholarships awarded in Canada this year.
The IEEE Power & Energy Society scholarship program recognizes students and professionals whose technical achievements and service contribute meaningfully to the advancement of the power and energy industry. Louis‑Philippe has been engaged in research at the SUNLAB throughout his studies, with a particular interest in semiconductor and photovoltaic device physics. Alongside his academic and research activities, he is currently completing an internship with Hitachi Rail and has recently submitted his first manuscript to a peer‑reviewed journal.
