CSSTC 2026: Call for abstracts

Abstract submission is now open for the 21st Canadian Semiconductor Science and Technology Conference (CSSTC 2026). Hosted at the University of Ottawa from August 25–27, 2026, and chaired by SUNLAB Director Karin Hinzer, the conference will bring together Canada’s semiconductor community for three days of scientific presentations, tutorials, and networking.
