New publication from the SUNLAB: IEEE Journal of Photovoltaics

A new article published in the IEEE Journal of Photovoltaics looks back at the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada Collaborative Research and Training Experience Program entitled “Training in Optoelectronics for Power: From Science and Engineering to Technology” (TOP-SET), highlighting its training approach, outcomes, trainee experiences, and lessons learned. First-authored by SUNLAB Laboratory Coordinator Christine Couture, who also served as TOP-SET’s Program Coordinator, the article identifies best practices that can help inform future large-scale research training programs in science and engineering.
